The SLAVIK terraced holiday house is located on the edge of the famous Daruvar Park Forest. The garden is just 15 meters from the first trees and only 950 meters from the town centre.
This unique location offers an ideal setting for a family holiday, a practical work stay for business travellers, as well as a relaxing atmosphere for gatherings with friends.
The house provides 4 main beds in two separate bedrooms on the upper floor, along with a fully equipped bathroom.
On the ground floor, the spacious 38.20 m2 open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and an additional toilet includes 2 extra beds. (sofa bed for 2)
The living area opens directly onto a 9 m2 furnished terrace, which leads down to another 9 m2 paved terrace and a grassy garden with a barbecue area, garden furniture, and benches.
The house is ideal for families with young children (a baby cot is available). Due to its location in a quiet, low-traffic street, it is also perfectly suitable for guests
with pets. An asphalted parking area for two cars is available within the property. Correct spoken and written communication is possible in English, German, and Czech.
